I help get your home prepped and listed while making sure everything stays organized, even if you’re not in town.
For buyers:
I’ll walk you through getting pre-approved with a VA loan and help you narrow down your search to homes that match both your needs and your BAH.
I’ve helped plenty of service members purchase while still out of state. I do detailed walk-throughs, share clear videos, and explain everything in plain terms so you feel confident in your decisions.
If you’re selling, I’ll coordinate anything needed on site and make sure your home is taken care of while you’re focused on getting settled at the next location.
